Every Azero steelhead begins its journey in our state-of-the-art, land-based hatchery. Here, carefully selected eggs are nurtured in a carefully controlled environment. We reclaim 98% of the water we use, ensuring that our process
is gentle on the region’s precious resources. It’s a place where science, precision, and care set the stage for healthy, resilient fish.

OCEAN FARM

RAISED BY THE CURRENT

When they’re ready, Azero Steelhead make the journey to our offshore farm in the pristine waters off Ensenada. Our farm site was specially selected for the strong current that flows there, constantly refreshing the water creating optimal conditions for steelhead to thrive. Free from antibiotics, disease, and predators, our fish grow strong and healthy without impacting the wild marine ecosystem.
